Teaching and Choreographic experience.

In the four years Hailey has been teaching she has worked extensively with Creative Academy on their Foundation Degree in Dance course(Thames Valley University) as thier Ballet technique tutor.

Hailey has also taught at many different schools (Ballet schools and Academic Schools) around Windsor, Maidenhead, Englefield Green, Datchet, Ascot, Sunningdale and many other areas.

She also holds open free work ballet classes as well as ISTD ballet classes in Reading for Dance Reality studios.

Hailey has recently found out she has been invited to teach an open Ballet class for the prestigious 'Move It' dance exhibition in 2009.

She also continues to teach ISTD Ballet, Modern and Tap from Primary right through to Advanced 1. Her training in the ISTD teachers syllabus has been the basis for her style of teaching as well as setting the standards she expects of her dancers. The exceptional standard of the teachers at Elmhurst continues to inspire her.

Her debut choreographic production of 'Secret of the Seasons' performed by Bournemouth Ballet club (a similar organisation to Berkshire Youth Ballet) and was highly successful. With a cast of 70 young dancers ranging from 7 to 19, she put on a superb and professional looking production as well as taking the role of artistic director, designing exciting sets and beautiful costumes.

Hailey went on to set up Berkshire Youth Ballet in 2006 (aged just 22!)and discovered the fabulous standard of young dancers and ballet schools from Berkshire.The second production of Secrets of the Seasons was a great achievement for both the dancers and schools involved as well as a huge personal achievement for herself.

She also continues to choreograph pieces for various schools, including 'The End of Year Show' at the Theatre Royal in Windsor, Thames Valley University, Furze Platt Senior school, Premier Performers, Dance Reality Dance troupe and many many others.

After having experienced working with so many talented, enthusiastic dancers in Berkshire Youth Ballet, Hailey now would like to continue with this work and develop it even futher, the next production is on a larger scale, bigger theatre and even more ambitious!
